F.A.Q

The championship takes place from May to June. The matches of the classic phase occur every 2 weeks, followed by a final day dedicated to the play-offs.

Match format

  • Duration: 2 x 20 minutes (with a 5-minute break).

  • Field: Matches are played on 1/4 of a field.

  • Spirit: A reduced format that primarily promotes fun and camaraderie.

What are the different rates for the packages and what is included?

Regarding the rates, all information is detailed below. You will find the details of the different packages we offer.

The Conferences

How do the first matches of the championship take place?

The Conference phase is the "classic" phase. During this period, you will face each team in your group. A win earns 3 points, a draw 1 point, and a loss 0 points. This is how the ranking of each group is determined.

The Play-offs

What exactly are the Play-offs?

At the end of the Conference phase, teams qualify for the Play-offs. Depending on their ranking, each team faces a team from the other Conference (e.g., each team from Group A faces a team from Group B). This determines the overall ranking of the entire division and defines the final that each team will play on Play-off day.

When will we know who we are playing against?

You will be informed of your future opponents once all the matches in the Conference phase have taken place. Official information will only be available shortly before the start of the playoffs. But we have no doubt that the most methodical among you have been monitoring the standings for weeks to assess their potential opponents! 😉

Note:In the event of a tie in the standings, the CL follows the rules of the URBSFA (Royal Belgian Football Association). The statistics considered are, in order:

  1. Number of wins

  2. Best goal difference

  3. Most goals scored

(There are other rules if the teams are still tied, but that seems highly unlikely, doesn't it? For the curious, we refer you to article B7.42 of the URBSFA regulations!)

Where will we play our matches?

Kibubu Club: Rue de la Limite 100, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.

What happens in the event of a tie at the end of regulation time in a playoff match?

In the event of a tie at the end of the match, we go straight to penalties, with 5 shooters from each side (classic session).

When will they take place? To be determined...

Specifically, what are the Play-offs? The Play-offs are the day that rewards all the efforts made by your team throughout the year. The teams in your league come together to compete in a day that promises to be memorable.

Throughout the day, teams will play their last match of the season, determined during the Playoffs. This decisive match will set your final ranking. It's time to give your last strength in this ultimate battle!

Once your match is over, free from any pressure, you can go and support the other teams and celebrate!

Where and when will this take place? To be determined...

Depending on the result of your playoff, a schedule will be assigned to your team for its final. Only your position in the ranking will impact the kick-off time! The lower-ranked teams will play earlier in the day than the top teams.

The detailed schedule will be communicated to all teams once the playoff matches are completed.

How many players can be registered on the match sheet? The Playoffs are no exception! The number of players is limited to 12 or 17, depending on the package subscribed by your company.

30 minutes before the match, the captains and the referee will go to the reception to validate the match sheet together. Once the match is over, the captains and the referee will return to communicate the official score.

Will we have access to changing rooms? Changing rooms will be available before and after your match. However, they will not be locked!

What are the rules?

  • 6 players on the field (5 players + 1 goalkeeper)

  • 2 halves of 20 minutes (5 min break)

  • Unlimited substitutions with the referee's agreement

  • No offside

  • The goalkeeper cannot handle the ball from a deliberate back pass from a teammate.

  • Normal throw-ins (by hand)

  • No tackling

  • Normal corners

  • Yellow card → 3 minutes on the bench. (The player can return earlier if their team concedes a goal)

  • The goalkeeper cannot throw the ball beyond the halfway line!

  • And of course... the FAIR PLAY !

Am I insured during matches?

Regarding insurance, every match day is covered.

I got injured during a match, what should I do?

You will find two important documents in the "My Documents" section on the platform:

  1. The procedure to follow in case of an accident (please read carefully to the end).

  2. The accident report form to complete.

The Company Leagues platform makes your life easier! You can:

  • Edit your personal information

  • Indicate your availability for matches

  • Check results and the schedule

  • And much more...

We have been working on a new application to make it THE reference for managing your season. As a captain, you will receive an invitation (in a separate email) to log in. In just a few clicks, you can invite your players.

Each player will then receive an email invitation to join the team, sign up for events, and access important documents (Official Guide, app guide, etc.).

🚨 Attention: This is a brand new application, different from last year's. All your players must create a new account using the email address they were invited with.

Are there referees?

For each match, a dedicated referee will be appointed to ensure fair play and officiate the game.

Do we need to bring balls?

The organisation takes care of everything, but if you wish, you can bring some for your warm-up.

Are studs allowed?

All types of footwear are allowed, except for screw-in studs (metal).
