All matches are held at theInternational School of Brussels (ISB) : 📍 Kattenberg 19, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort.

The championship takes place from May to June. The matches of the classic phase occur every 2 weeks, followed by a final day dedicated to the play-offs.

Match format

  • Duration : 2 x 20 minutes (with a 5-minute break).

  • Field : Matches are played on 1/4 of a field.

  • Spirit : A reduced format that primarily promotes fun and camaraderie.


The tournament is divided into two key stages to ensure competition and friendliness:

1. The Group Stage

  • Distribution : Two groups of homogeneous levels (based on history and promotions/relegations).

  • Points System : Win (3 pts), Draw (1 pt), Loss (0 pts).

  • Objective : Achieve the best possible ranking for the next stage.

2. The Play-offs & Finals (18 June) 
This is the highlight of the season! All teams come together for a final day of intense competition that will determine the great winners of the CUP.

3. The "Party Buvette"
After the final, it's time to celebrate! The refreshment stand turns into a dance floor. It's the perfect moment to invite your colleagues and supporters to celebrate the end of the season in a festive atmosphere.

Matches are played in a spirit of Fair Play with the following specifics:

  • Format : 6 players on the pitch (including the goalkeeper).

  • Playing time : 2 periods of 20 minutes (5 minutes break).

  • Basic rules : No offside, tackles strictly prohibited.

  • Restarts : Throw-ins and corners are traditional (by hand/foot).

  • Goalkeeper specifics : Prohibition on handling the ball from a back pass or throwing the ball beyond the halfway line.

  • Substitutions : Unlimited (with the referee's agreement).

  • Sanctions : Yellow card = 3 minutes exclusion (the player can return earlier if their team concedes a goal).


The app is your central tool for managing the season in real time. It allows you to:

  • Track the competition : Access calendars, results, rankings and statistics (scorers, etc.) updated instantly.

  • Manage attendance : Each player must confirm their availability for each match. This gives the captain a clear view of their squad to prepare their tactics.

  • Tools for Managers : As a captain, you have special access to:

    • Invite your players to join the team.

    • Track attendance with one click via the calendar.

    • Pro Tip : Short on time? Appoint a co-captain on the app to help you with administrative management!

Regarding insurance, every match day is covered.

I got injured during a match, what should I do? 

You will find two important documents in the "My Documents" section on the platform:

  1. The procedure to follow in case of an accident (please read carefully to the end).

  2. The accident report form to complete.

Are there referees? 

For each match, a dedicated referee will be appointed to ensure fair play and officiate the game.

Do we need to bring balls? 

The organisation takes care of everything, but if you wish, you can bring some for your warm-up.

Are studs allowed? 

All types of footwear are allowed, except for screw-in studs (metal).
